ST@FF - Support Tool and Forum Frameset
 

ST@FF è un forum strutturata per argomentii (bacheche). Nato come strumento di supporto (per il tracciamento di problemi) può essere usato come un forum di discussione.

Supporta controllo di accessi su vari livelli, la definizione e l'uso di keyword, e ricerche all'interno del forum. Autoregistrazione e accesso 'guest' sono configurabili per bacheca.
Non richiede l'uso di un DB dedicato ed è possibile installare più istanze di ST@FF anche all'interno di uno stesso sito.

Sviluppato originalmente (V1) in perl, senza supporto db e utilizzando il file system per l'archiviazione, supporta l'utilizzo di database MySQL dalla V2. Per la V3 è stato riscritto in PHP migliorando l'interfaccia grafica (pensata inizialmente per un ambiente tecnico).

ST@FF is a forum frameset based on argument specific notesboards. Designed as a support tool, for problem tracking and trouble shooting, may be used as well as a discussion forum system.

ST@FF supports level structured access controll, keywords definition and assignment, and different ways of searching.
Does not require a dedicated DB and multiple instances may be run even on the same website.

Originally developped in perl (V1), using the native filesystem as repository (no DB support), it has been enhanced (V2) for MySQL database support. It has been rewritten in PHP (V3), introducing some restyling of the user interface (originally designed for a technical environment).
